The Kilgoris Project is a community-centered organization in rural southwest Kenya, and a US 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. We build lasting opportunity through holistic primary education.

Where We Work

Rooted in Rural Kilgoris

For over 23 years, TKP has worked across six communities in Kilgoris, Kenya. Today, our work is carried out by 122 teachers and 54 support staff at 17 schools. This long-term, place-based commitment has allowed deep relationships, local leadership, and lasting impact to grow.
