Teach a child early,
change what’s
possible forever.

Pre-primary, primary, and junior secondary education in Transmara, Kenya that addresses the needs of the whole child: mind, body, agency, and community.

We envision a rural
Kenya where children don’t just attend school. They excel, lead, and unlock potential.

The Opportunity

In Narok County, Kenya, just 39.6% of youth complete basic education.

Years of schooling remain the strongest predictor of future livelihoods. Studies show the root cause starts early - when most children lack the strong educational, nutritional, and social foundations critical to learning. Access isn’t enough.

Our Solution

From age three, we equip children with strong literacy, numeracy, and interdisciplinary skills.

Our approach addresses systems that children need to thrive: healthcare, nutrition, gender equity, technology proficiency, and extracurricular enrichment. We engage parents, elders, and community leaders to ensure education is understood not as a rejection of Maasai identity, but as a way to preserve and strengthen it in a changing world. Their leadership ensures early enrollment, attendance, and retention.
